In no event JWC/RIL including affiliates and their respective owners, directors, officers, agents, shareholders and partners shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever including without limitation direct, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website whether based on warranty, contract, tort or in any other means or action.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOUNTAIN OF JOY- DHIRUBHAI AMBANI SQUARE
The holder of the E-Pass to the Fountain of Joy Show (“Show”) at Dhirubhai Ambani Square (“DAS”) is subject to the following terms and conditions: -
1. The E-Pass is issued without any monetary consideration and cannot be exchanged or
2. The E-Pass will be valid only for the Show at the date and time mentioned on the E-Pass. The E-Pass is non-changeable and non-replaceable.
3. Each guest shall be required to have a valid E-Pass and entry shall be permitted only upon presentation of the E-Pass. Guests under the age of fourteen (14) years shall be accompanied by an adult.
4. E-Pass (es) procured from unauthorised agents or third parties is/are not valid.
5. E-Pass (es) shall be cancelled immediately if sold or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of the Management.
6. Smoking of cigarettes, consumption of tobacco products, bidi, liquor or any other prohibited substance is strictly prohibited.
7. All E-Passes always remain the property of Management and constitute a personal revocable license from Management to the E-Pass holder.
8. Late arrivals may be admitted solely at the discretion of the Management.
9. The E-Pass Holder may be subject to search at any time during their visit inside the DAS area, for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances. Carrying of such prohibited items is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate denial of entry/eviction from the premises.
10. E-Pass Holder is required during their entire visit to the DAS, to adhere to and comply with all COVID-19 related protocols issued by any statutory authority for the time being in force including protocols relating to social distancing, hygiene, wearing of masks, production of vaccination certificates and completion of 14 days from the second dose of vaccination... Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove from the DAS area, any person(s) not adhering to such protocols at its absolute discretion.
11. Consumption of outside Food and beverages (except drinking water) is strictly not permitted inside the DAS area.
12. The Management and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages and/or losses that the E-Pass Holder may suffer or purport to suffer from their visit for any reasons including without limitation due to Show cancellation, loss of personal belongings, personal injury and/or death.
13. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission/evict any person(s), to alter the Show schedule and to alter the viewing arrangement at its sole discretion.
14. The E-Pass Holder must not use umbrellas, parasols or any other expandable rain gear inside DAS, to ensure guest safety and unhampered viewing pleasure of all guests.
15. During the visit, the E-Pass Holder expressly agrees and consents to being recorded, photographed, filmed, identified and/or otherwise digitally captured (collectively called “Recordings”) in whatever manner by the Management or its affiliated entities and/or by such third parties as the Management may authorize at its sole discretion, at any time during the visit. The E-Pass Holder acknowledges that all Recordings are the sole property of the Management which is at liberty to use, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish either by posting on websites, brochures or in any other manner and distribute Recordings without payment of any consideration through any media, formats or technology, now known or hereafter developed, for promotional or commercial purposes or for any reason whatsoever, at any time as Management may in its absolute discretion deem fit.
16. The E-Pass is valid for entry only to the Show at the DAS.
17. The E-Pass Holder shall indemnify and keep Management indemnified against all losses arising from or in any manner relating to their visit at DAS and /or the breach of the terms and conditions.
18. In case of difference of opinion, the decision of the Management shall be final and binding.
19. In case of any dispute, Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
E-PASS BOOKING - TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOUNTAIN OF JOY- DHIRUBHAI AMBANI SQUARE
Tickets to the Fountain of Joy Show (“Show”) at the Dhirubhai Ambani Square (“DAS”) can be reserved free of charge through the official website www.jioworldcentre.com/dhirubhai-ambani-square and through authorised channel partners. Judiciousness in reserving tickets is requested so as not to deprive others the opportunity of viewing the Show. Reservation of tickets is subject to the following terms and conditions:
(1) Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS/e-mail/ WhatsApp with a link to download the E-Pass with a QR Code (“E-Pass”) which needs be presented for entry to the DAS.
(2) The E-Pass is valid only for a specific Show date and time shown on the E-Pass and cannot be changed or transferred.
(3) The E-Pass is valid only if booked through the website, or through authorised third-party channel partners.
(4) The E-Pass is only a confirmation of booking and admission is on first-come-first served basis.
(5) Food and beverages for the Show can be prebooked.
(6) Reserved E-Pass can be cancelled by calling our helpline number +91 22 3570 8999.
(7) Management reserves the right to cancel the Show at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever and the Management shall make reasonable endeavours to intimate the guest of such cancellation via SMS on the registered phone number or by email on the registered email. The guest shall have no right to demand either a re-scheduling of the Show or re-booking of E-Pass which shall be entirely at the Management’s discretion.
(8) The decision of the Management on all matters shall be final and binding.
FOUNTAIN OF JOY- DHIRUBHAI AMBANI SQUARE
E-TICKET BOOKING - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tickets to the Fountain of Joy Show (“Show”) at the Dhirubhai Ambani Square (“DAS”) can be purchased through the official website www.jioworldcentre.com/dhirubhai-ambani-square and through authorised channel partners and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
(1) Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or replaced and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
(2) Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS/e-mail/ WhatsApp with a link to download the E- Ticket with a QR Code (“E-Ticket”) which needs be presented for entry to the DAS. The E-Ticket is valid only for a specific Show date and time shown on the E- Ticket and cannot be changed or transferred.
(3) The E-Ticket is valid only if booked through the website, or through authorised third-party channel partners.
(4) The E- Ticket is only a confirmation of booking and rights of admission are reserved.
(5) Food and beverages for the Show can be prebooked.
(6) Management reserves the right to cancel the Show at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever and shall refund the ticket price to the original mode of payment within 7(seven) to 10(ten)days of such cancellation.
(7) No refund shall be given should the Show be cancelled due to disruption of power supply or any other reason after the Show has commenced.
(8) The decision of the Management on all matters shall be final and binding.

E-Pass Holder is required during their entire visit to the DAS, to adhere to and comply with all COVID-19 related protocols issued by any statutory authority for the time being in force including protocols relating to social distancing, hygiene, wearing of masks, production of vaccination certificates and completion of 14 days from the second dose of vaccination... Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove from the DAS area, any person(s) not adhering to such protocols at its absolute discretion.
11. Consumption of outside Food and beverages (except drinking water) is strictly not permitted inside the DAS area.
12. The Management and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages and/or losses that the E-Pass Holder may suffer or purport to suffer from their visit for any reasons including without limitation due to Show cancellation, loss of personal belongings, personal injury and/or death.
13. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission/evict any person(s), to alter the Show schedule and to alter the viewing arrangement at its sole discretion.
14. The E-Pass Holder must not use umbrellas, parasols or any other expandable rain gear inside DAS, to ensure guest safety and unhampered viewing pleasure of all guests.
15. During the visit, the E-Pass Holder expressly agrees and consents to being recorded, photographed, filmed, identified and/or otherwise digitally captured (collectively called “Recordings”) in whatever manner by the Management or its affiliated entities and/or by such third parties as the Management may authorize at its sole discretion, at any time during the visit. The E-Pass Holder acknowledges that all Recordings are the sole property of the Management which is at liberty to use, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish either by posting on websites, brochures or in any other manner and distribute Recordings without payment of any consideration through any media, formats or technology, now known or hereafter developed, for promotional or commercial purposes or for any reason whatsoever, at any time as Management may in its absolute discretion deem fit.
16. The E-Pass is valid for entry only to the Show at the DAS.
17. The E-Pass Holder shall indemnify and keep Management indemnified against all losses arising from or in any manner relating to their visit at DAS and /or the breach of the terms and conditions.
18. In case of difference of opinion, the decision of the Management shall be final and binding.
19. In case of any dispute, Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
FOOD & BEVERAGE BOOKING - TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOUNTAIN OF JOY- DHIRUBHAI AMBANI SQUARE
Pre-booked Food & Beverages (F&B) shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-.
(1) Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS/e-mail/WhatsApp with a link to download the booking ID with a QR Code.
(2) The booking ID must be presented at the F&B counter for collection of the booked food and beverages.
(3) The advance booking is valid only for the specific Show date and time shown on the booking ID.
(4) F&B once booked cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.
(5) Consumption of outside food and beverages (except drinking water) at the DAS is prohibited.
(6) In the event of the Show being cancelled/rescheduled, refund will be processed and credited back to the customer’s original payment method within a period of 10 working days. The refund processing time may vary under special circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays etc) and the customer shall not hold the Management liable for the delay.

JIO WORLD CENTRE - PARKING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
[Operational Hours: - 8.00 am to 1.00 am (of the subsequent day)]
Entry to and use of the car parking facility (“Parking Facility”) is subject to certain Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as set out hereinbelow:
- The Terms are intended to regulate vehicular and pedestrian movement within the Parking Facility and to ensure safety of vehicles, pedestrians and of the Parking Facility.
- Rights of admission to the Parking Facility are reserved.
- The Parking Facility is available on a “first come, first served” basis and is subject to availability.
- Security/Parking Facility personnel shall be entitled to inspect any vehicle at any time during entry/exit.
- The speed limit within the Parking Facility is 10 kilometres per hour.
- Long-term parking is not permitted for transient ticket holders.
- Customers are required to inform and seek permission from the Parking Facility staff in advance if their vehicle is likely to be parked before and/or beyond the operational hours at the Parking Facility.
- If the Vehicle is parked beyond a period of 48 hours, without prior intimation then the management shall have the right to tow away the Vehicle outside of the Parking Facility at the risk and expense of the customer.
- Customers are required to adhere to all directional signs displayed and/or directions/instructions given by the Parking Facility staff within the Parking Facility for the safety of all concerned.
- Parking is prohibited in any parking space marked “Reserved” unless the same has been specifically allocated to the customer. Parking is permitted only in parking spaces designated for general parking and facing the aisle. Dedicated parking spaces have been allocated for differently abled persons, senior citizens and for electric cars.
- Pedestrians, children, senior citizens, differently abled, and persons with special needs shall have first right of way, and drivers shall maintain safe distance.
- Loitering is not permitted within the Parking Facility and customers are required to exit the Parking Facility immediately after parking their vehicles, by the nearest passenger lift or stairs.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is properly parked and secured.
- Parking of vehicles within the Parking Facility is solely at the customer’s risk. Neither the management, its affiliates nor the operator shall be liable for any loss /damage/theft of any nature whatsoever either to any person (including personal injury) or to the property including the vehicle arising out of the use of the Parking Facility.
- Customers are requested not to leave any valuables or expensive items unattended or inside the Vehicle.
- Customers must inform the parking crew/administration representative immediately upon becoming aware of any suspicious object/activity at or around the Parking Facility.
- Pets and photography are not allowed inside the Parking Facility.
- Possession of liquor, narcotics, firearms, weapons, inflammables, explosives or otherwise any hazardous material, or any other prohibited substance is not permitted. Any person found in possession of any such prohibited item may be denied entry and / or evicted from the Parking Facility.
- Smoking of cigarettes, consumption of tobacco products, bidi, liquor or any other prohibited substance is strictly prohibited.
- The Parking Facility shall be under CCTV surveillance and customer and vehicular movements etc. may be recorded.
- Spitting is strictly prohibited, and customers are expected to lend their support and cooperation in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the Parking Facility.
- Parking Facility staff are not authorized to accept any customer possessions or items for safe custody or storage.
- Handing over vehicle keys to authorized operator personnel (“Valet”) shall be at the sole discretion, risk and liability of the customer. Production of the parking ticket issued at the time of entry to the Parking Facility shall be sole satisfactory evidence for the Valet to deliver the vehicle to such person.
- Customers must retain the parking ticket until the vehicle is removed from the Parking Facility and must pay the parking charges and/or penalty as duly notified.
- Parking fees are payable each time the vehicle enters the Parking Facility. In case of loss of parking ticket/MIFARE Card/Pass, an administrative fee of Rs. 500/- over and above the parking fee shall be payable. Alongwith the administrative fee the Customer must also produce a valid Government-issued Photo Identity proof of the Customer and/or Registration Certificate of the vehicle to the Parking Facility staff.
- Customers agree to the Managements’ right of lien on parked vehicles as guarantee for payment of parking fees, penal charges or any other amounts due for use of the Parking Facility.
- Vehicles may be moved within the Parking Facility by the operator at its sole discretion and at the Customer’s cost and responsibility, to avoid obstruction to vehicular movement or for the more efficient arrangement of the Parking Facility. Customers are liable for any damage caused by them or by their vehicle to the Parking Facility and/or to other vehicles parked inside the car Parking Facility.
- Customer shall indemnify and keep management and the operator indemnified against all losses arising from or in any manner relating to their usage of the Parking Facility and/or the breach of the Terms.

Use of the valet parking facility (“Valet Facility”) is subject to certain Terms and Conditions as set out hereinbelow: -

- Customers must retain the valet tag until exit from the valet facility.
- Use of the Valet Facility is solely at User’s risk. Neither the Management, nor its affiliates nor any operator of the Valet Facility shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or theft of any nature whatsoever either to any person (including personal injury) or to property of the User including the vehicle, arising out of the use of the Valet Facility.
- Users are requested not to leave any valuables or expensive items inside the vehicle.
- For any vehicle parked beyond closing business hours without prior intimation, the management shall have the right to tow away the vehicle outside of the parking facility solely at the User’s risk and expense.
- User shall not attribute to nor shall the Management be liable for any mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of the vehicle, including any damage to windscreen, glass, mirrors, tyres and wheels nor for any scratches, dents or damage caused to the vehicle or any deterioration in the condition of the vehicle from the use of the Valet Facility.
- Valet Facility staff are not authorized to accept any possessions or items for safe custody or storage from the User.
- In case of loss of valet ticket/receipt vehicle is will handed over only upon valid proof of ownership of the vehicle.
- Rights of use of the Valet Facility are reserved.
- Loss of Valet Tag attracts a fee of Rs. 500/- in addition to the Valet Facility Tariff payable.
- Management has right of lien on parked vehicles for payment of Valet Facility Tariff and /or any penal charges for use of the Valet Facility.
